The Trip Architect provides a Disney World trip planning tool available as a website (thetriparchitect.com) and a mobile application. The Service includes cost estimation, budget planning, day-by-day itinerary building, dining plan comparison, and financial health scoring for Disney World vacations.

All cost estimates provided by The Trip Architect are for planning and informational purposes only. They are not guarantees of actual costs.

Estimates are based on reference pricing data that may not reflect real-time rates, promotions, or individual circumstances. Actual Disney World costs may vary based on seasonal pricing changes, resort availability, dining choices, and other factors outside our control.

The Trip Architect does not provide financial advice. The financial health indicator and budget recommendations are planning tools, not financial guidance. Users are responsible for their own financial decisions and should verify all costs directly with Disney and relevant service providers before making bookings or payments.

User Responsibilities

Subscription and Payments

The Trip Architect offers a free tier with basic trip planning features. Premium features are available through a subscription at $24.99/year or $3.99/month, managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies.
  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

The Trip Architect name, logo, website design, and application code are the property of The Trip Architect. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The Trip Architect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that cost estimates will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Trip Architect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on cost estimates provided by the Service.
